For Candidates
How do you become our candidate? To become an applicant
for employment, you must have an interview at our company with one
or more of our consultants.
A) Reception
You will be welcomed by our receptionist, who will take you to one of our
interview rooms and ask you to fill out a questionnaire.
B) Questionnaire
The questionnaire is structured to provide our consultants with an
overview of your work experience and requirements. Filling out the
questionnaire is not obligatory. However, the questionnaire helps us
recommend and place candidates in available employment positions.
C) Interview with consultant
Interviews take place in one of our interview rooms. The length of your interview
depends on the type (and length) of your experience and the position you
are applying for. Interviews normally last from 25 to 45 minutes.
What information will you receive during the interview?
- information about our company
- information about the job market
- information about positions available in the given sphere
- information about your possibilities of gaining such a position
- information about current positions available with our clients
- information about the next steps in our collaboration with you
What information will the consultant receive from you?
- a verbal summary of your experience and education
- information about your knowledge of languages and other skills
- information about your interest in current positions available
- information about references you will provide us with
Important warning:
You can only be recommended for an open position if you have approved
us doing so before hand. Each candidate will be informed about all
the recommended positions by the consultant who deals with them.
