Methodology:
When searching for suitable candidates we always use, according to
the circumstances, one or more of the following methods:
- Database
we have an extensive database of applicants for employment in all
fields in which we operate. All candidates in database have already
gone through an interview with our consultants.
- Advertisements
we regularly place adverts in the press (MF Dnes, Hospodárské
noviny), on Internet work servers and in our web sites.
- Direct contact
we use this when suitable candidates for a certain position
are working at present. They may change their employment if a professionally
or financially advantageous offer is made.
Our candidates Candidates are only those
applicants for employment who go through an interview at our company
with a consultant, or, as the case may be, several consultants. During
the interview the consultants ascertain the details of education and
practical and concrete experience, then evaluate the candidate's character,
overall approach, and presentation. A candidate’s knowledge of languages
(verbal and written) and knowledge of common computer software can
also be tested.
Only when applicants have gone through our interview process, including
skill based testing, will they be included in any of our selection
procedures.
